You should run AHT in Extened Mode at least 2 more times to be sure and even then AHT isn't the most thorough test. You can try some basic resets, you have zapped the PRAM sometimes it takes 2-3 attempts of that too so don't be afraid to do it again. I'd also recommend restarting in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches..it's possible one or more became corrupt. Also reseting the SMC can help.
